Our Interact Club sees our Sixth Formers work closely with Lichfield St Chads Rotary Club to raise funds for local charitable organisations. This develops a whole host of skills in our students – which they can take into post-school life – and makes a real difference in our local community.

Even so, the Rotary Club have now also stepped in to support our World Challenge students who are due to head off to Borneo to undertake community projects in the summer.

A selection of students have been awarded the Sid Harlow Travel Bursary 2021-2022 of £250 to add to individual totals and to help raise the fund to make the adventure work.

Richard Barnett-Richards, Assistant Headteacher, said: “A huge thanks goes to the continued support from the members of the Lichfield St Chads Rotary Club who attend meetings at the school each week to support our students as well as donating to the fundraising for the students.”
