Year 7 and 8 mixed girls teams took part in a 7-a-side Football competition amongst 11 other schools from the local area. We entered 2 teams into the competition and didn’t concede a single goal throughout the entire tournament.
The girls played the ball around the pitch brilliantly and took advantage of the opposition’s weaknesses.
Hollie Wright, PE teacher, said: “The dedication and effort from the girls involved is something I am really proud of. A huge well done to all the players involved. Fingers crossed we’ve made it into the next round!”
