Again, students from The Friary School shone in the annual Rotary Young Photographer Competition co-ordinated by the Lichfield St Chad Rotary Club.
Both Emily Lancaster (Y8) and Isabelle Foster (Y10) won awards and their entries have now gone off to the regional rounds.
Our school works closely with Lichfield Sty Chad’s Rotary, both through our regular Interact Club events, but also in a string of events through the year, and the organisation is a big supporter of the school.
Natalie Brickett, Art teacher and school’s co-ordinator on the entries, said: “We are hugely proud of both students and it has been wonderful to work with them to produce such high-quality entries”.
