The Year 9 netball team played superbly in the regional tournament and were very unlucky to miss out on a semi-final place.
The girls team secured victories and played with both speed and power – with their attacking and interception skills often proving to be real stand-outs.
However, in a competitive event they narrowly missed the final knock-out stages.
Anne-Marie Bennett, team coach, said: “The girls demonstrated great team work and have flourished this year. We are all hugely proud of them in representing our school so well.”
