As part of Garrick House Week, the lunchtime Garrick’s Got Talent Competition has seen some great performances – Mr Hood and Mr Cain also performed a Red Hot Chilli Peppers number too.
The heats through the week saw two finalists come to the fore: singing team Emma Brooke and Isabelle Keeling and singer / songwriter Dylan Morris.
The final performances were to a high standard but the winner was Dylan Morris whose lyrics in particular were highly noteworthy.
Steve Cartner, Garrick House, said: “This talent show has been great fun and a great opportunity for special students to show off their skills on stage. The wider student body have been very supportive in paying to come along and all money raised is going off to the House charity – the British Lung Foundation (Sutton Coldfield).”
