Unfortunately, the school will be closed on Tuesday 12th December – with plans to re-open tomorrow (Wednesday 13th December).
We cleared a great deal of the site yesterday but having started again from 6.00am this morning there remain large patches of black ice that we cannot shift in time.
Matt Allman, Headteacher, said: “I am very disappointed but know we cannot have done anymore to get the site secure. The size of our site has beaten us and there are issues with the local buses that bring students in from outlying areas. All indications are that we will be open tomorrow.”
