Katie West from The Midlands Air Ambulance visited speak to Seward House who are raising funds for The Midlands Air Ambulance.

Students listened to an emotional, yet inspirational assembly and central to this was ‘Ellie’s story’ the story of an ordinary, everyday teenage girl  whose life was dramatically saved by The Air Ambulance crew following a road traffic accident.

Noah Rhodes, House Captain for Seward, said: “We are pleased that we are raising funds for the Midlands Air Ambulance. They receive no funding from the government. However, you never know when you might need them, they could literally help any one of us and it is nice to know that they are there.”

Seward House students have now started their fundraising with House Councillors busy planning events.
