The House system sees an on-going battle for House points and the weekly Current Affairs quiz plays an important role in winning the House Cup.
The Current Affairs Quiz is designed to develop our students awareness of the world around them and always includes topics linking into our Focus Weeks.
Seward House currently lead in the competition but Johnson House are hot on their heels.
Mark Drury, Assistant Headteacher, said: “We are a school that pursues academic success but step out of that focus and recognise we have a responsibility in developing students as rounded individuals. Knowing about world events, national events, and topics related to young people’s lives, is essential for our student to grow into happy, well-informed adults and we are intent that we deliver just this.”
